2. How We Use Your Information

• To send you a welcome message and setup instructions
• To verify your funded broker account and grant access to the live session community
• To communicate with you about sessions, schedule changes, or your account setup

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Signup information is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database provider, with access controls restricting who can read submitted data. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Third Parties

If you click through to RISEN FX to open a trading account, the information you provide there (identity verification, deposit details, etc.) is collected and processed directly by RISEN FX under its own privacy policy — we do not receive or store that information. We recommend reviewing RISEN FX's privacy policy separately.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses your browser's local storage (not third-party tracking cookies) to remember your setup progress — for example, which step you're on — so you can pick up where you left off. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

6. Your Rights & Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or the Discord community.

7. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under 18 years of age.

8. Data Retention

We retain signup information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services and communicate with you, or until you request deletion.
